Our certified installation specialists work along the following 4 phases.

Phase 1: Domestic Assessment & Initial Quotation
A qualified professional conducts a rigorous on-site diagnostic of your living space, evaluating the chimney grade, existing masonry quality, and the overall structural parameters of the home. This phase includes initial flue calculations and ventilation checks to establish exactly what thermal capacities your property can safely support.

Phase 2: Fireplace Selection & Deposit
Utilising the hard data from the assessment, our technical advisors collaborate with you to identify an appliance that maximises thermal output while matching your design vision. Simultaneously, we engage our internal design teams to select the precise stonework, hearth materials, and architectural surrounds that structurally and aesthetically suit the space.

Phase 3: Chimney Sweep & Space Preparation
Where relevant to the fuel type, we execute a thorough chimney sweep to clear obstructions, creosote, and historical debris. We then transition to the preparation of space; because opening up recesses or linking stoves to chimneys can be highly intrusive, we meticulously isolate the zone by removing furniture, precious ornaments, and sensitive wiring while masking carpets with heavy-duty protective membranes.

Phase 4: Fireplace Installation, Clean Up, Final payment
With the burner selected, the flue cleared, and the living space fully isolated, our engineers execute the technical installation, a precise phase that typically requires just one to two days. Once mechanical commissioning is complete, we fulfil our strict customer promise by executing an exhaustive clean up, extracting all technical waste and soot to ensure the room is left in a pristine, immediately habitable condition.
